Not the level of service I expect paying over 300 night in Biloxi. Fortunately the matter was resolved, but required me to check in periodically to see if the room was ready versus them calling me when it was.

This would have been a five star experience if they hadn’t given the handicapped accessible room I booked to someone else then told me there were no resolutions as all accessible rooms were booked.
